Exchanges & Returns

At Bean & Boo, each piece of apparel is crafted with the utmost care and attention to quality. As part of our commitment to hygiene and safety for our little ones, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or wrong sizing.

However, we are happy to assist in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item.

Defective or Incorrect Item

  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • If the item is defective, we will provide an exchange.  However, if we have run out of stock for that item, we will provide a refund in the form of store credits (a unique discount code) which may be utilized for other available items on our website. Kindly take note that we do not provide cash refunds.
  • Please provide clear photos of the defect and your order details when contacting us in order to expedite the process. 
  • Exchanges will only be done if the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused and with the original tags intact). Exchanges of items which do not meet these conditions will be declined.

Print Placement Disclaimer

  • Please note that the placement of prints on our apparel may vary due to the nature of the design process. These variations in print placement are part of what makes each item unique and are not considered defects. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on print placement differences.
